WHO WE ARE

We are a group of former athletes now dads who want to give youth the opportunity to play, without all the politics in today’s game. As coaches we want to build relationships with our players and show them that we believe in them. The vision started with one coach stepping up to make a change and he quickly found that two of his closest friends were coaches with that same vision.

We have played at the Division 1 and Junior College level, so we understand the work ethic and sacrifice needed to advance. We are a group of men who have coached different sports in our life, but we believe that fate brought us together. We have different styles and backgrounds but we all see the big picture; every child deserves the opportunity to play the sport they love. We as coaches understand that some kids peak before others and have different skill levels, but we believe every child shows growth and excels with hard work, dedication and someone believing in them.
